  • Employer’s DNI or passport data page (2 photocopies)
  • POEA license of Philippine Agency (2 photocopies)

  3. Print or take a screenshot of the confirmed appointment schedule with MWO Madrid.

  5. Visit MWO on the day of your appointment at Calle Serrano 161, Planta Baja, 28002, Madrid, Spain (ground floor, near the Philippine Embassy).

According to the Memorandum Circular No. 19 Series of 2021, POEA authorized MWO Madrid to provide online processing (via email) of labor document verification, such as Employment Contracts or work visas. This process applies to OFWs in Andorra, France, Monaco, Portugal, and Spain. But this process may be outdated. Thus, we advise OFWs to confirm with MWO Madrid if they still accept online processing via email for Contract Verification.
