Requirements

For workers returning to the same employer:
- POPS-BaM Appointment form
- Passport (with at least six months validity before the date of departure)
- GNIB card/ IRP card (Residence Permit)
- Proof of Employment such as Company ID, Certificate of Employment, or payslip
For workers returning to a different employer, changed employers on-site, or transferred to the United Kingdom/Ireland from another country:
- POPS-BaM Appointment form
- POLO verified Employment Contract
