For Professional/ Skilled Workers (Workers with Company Visa)
- Two (2) photocopies of valid/updated Employment Contract (readable, clear, and duly signed by the Employer and Employee)
- If the Visa is with a private company (often a 2-year visa):
- Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) or contract (MB as starting code)
- If the Visa is with a government office, free zone, Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), Public Joint-Stock Company (PJSC), or those not within the scope of MOHRE, any of the following:
- Internal or Company Contract
- Salary certificate dated within the month and an Offer Letter/Document if the company can’t produce an employment contract

If the worker’s position in the Visa is sea-based but is currently working land-based:
